07 Mar - 15 Mar 2018

Please note that this is an internal only event.

Opening reception: 7 March, 5-9pm, with artist talks from 5-6pm.

By building upon existing initiatives and discussions at UAL, this exhibition will showcase the work of Afro-Caribbean students and alumni. We are interested in highlighting the shared complexities of race, identity politics, gender stereotypes, sexuality and religious views present within the Afro-Caribbean community alongside art making practices. We see this as another platform for students to connect across art and design disciplines and to celebrate the richness of ethnic affiliations within the African diaspora.
