On Thursday 22nd March we’ll be holding the first Slow Journalism Night of 2018, to celebrate the launch of issue 29 of Delayed Gratification magazine – and you’re invited!

In London College of Communication's lovely Lecture Theatre A, you’ll meet and mingle with the editors and journalists who make the magazine before hearing the stories behind their stories. You’ll gain a unique insight into how we go to the four corners of the earth to deliver unique reporting on big events after the dust has settled. The full line-up of speakers will be announced shortly, but will include Heather Brooke, the investigative journalist who broke the parliamentary expenses story, and Delayed Gratification art director Christian Tate, who will share the secrets behind the creation of the issue’s best infographics.

There are 50 free tickets available to LCC Students, to request a free ticket email Tickets are also available to non-students and cost £10 for magazine subscribers and their guests and £20 for non subscribers, booking is required via Eventbrite. Tickets include:

-A glass of wine or soft drink
-A copy of the new issue of the magazine (subscribers may want to give their copy to a friend!)
