Chelsea weed walk
12-1pm

Meet at Chelsea College of Arts, Reception Desk (near the canteen)

Join us for a walk of discovery – to reveal overlooked wildlife in the nooks and crannies of our streets. You will learn how to identify some of these plants through observation -- and their names, which are often descriptive, like mouse ear and bristly ox tongue. You will scrutinise and record these wild flowers through drawing. The walk will be led by gardener/print-maker, Kate Poland, who founded and runs Cordwainers Community Garden, Hackney, and champions those plants that some people call weeds. There is a limited capacity for this event, you can turn up on the day but to ensure you avoid disappointment we recommend you book here.

Training Titus, is a show by Tom Chisholm. A half remembered version of Titus, recalled on the Ship of Fools by the doctor writes it down. The doctor shows the priest who draws the movements to show the commander. The commander only understands moves so the priest draws it as a dance. Clowns and arrows, cannibal pies and severed limbs provide the material for a performance done by the five step beat of the elvis leg strut.
