6pm to 8pm

This year the Spatial Practices Programme will consider London's crisis of living, structuring a range of projects and external partnerships that experiment with the provision of an affordable and equitable place to live. In our Spring Term Guest Lecture Series, we welcome a range of commentaries by exciting speakers, from diverse disciplinary positions, who will present a provocative context to our experiments on housing and life in the city.

Peter Barber, Peter Barber Architects
Peter Barber established Peter Barber Architects in 1989. A series of radical urban housing projects have followed since then. In 2015, the practice was awarded the Royal Academy’s top architecture prize for its alternative vision for low-cost housing on London’s Mount Pleasant.
